Maisie is a personal, self-hosted AI operations controller built and operated by Robert Burris ("the Owner") for private business and personal use. The application automates daily operational tasks including email monitoring, calendar management, and business scheduling.
2. Scope of Use
Access to Maisie and its underlying systems is restricted exclusively to the application owner. Unauthorized access to the server, Telegram bot, or any associated infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
This application is operated solely for the management of the Owner's businesses:

- Shoot Freaking Grenades — leadership consulting
- Crappy Parents Guide — book project
- Personal scheduling and household management
3. Google API Usage
Maisie uses Google APIs in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained from Google APIs is:
- Used only to provide the operational features described on this site
- Not used for advertising or to train AI models
- Not transferred to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy (Anthropic Claude API for summarization)
- Not used for any purpose unrelated to the application's stated operational functions
4. No Warranties
Maisie is provided as-is for personal operational use. The Owner makes no warranties regarding uptime, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond its intended personal use case.
The Owner is solely responsible for all actions taken by Maisie, including any emails sent or calendar events created on the Owner's behalf. No external action is taken without the Owner's confirmation.

These terms may be updated as the application's capabilities evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
